Our EAP services

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential, comprehensive support resource designed to help employees manage personal and professional challenges. Through our EAP, employees have access to professional counselling and support services that address a wide array of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and family concerns. EAP services have been proven to enhance overall well-being, boost productivity, and create a supportive workplace environment.

 1. Mental Health & Well-being talks

Our Mental Health and Well-being Talks are tailored to our client’s need to raise awareness and designed to educate employees about the importance of mental health. These sessions are led by experienced mental health professionals who provide valuable insights and practical tips for maintaining mental well-being. The topics covered are suggested by both the client and us, depending on what the organisation and the employees need at the time.

2. Counselling Services

Our Mental Health Division provides a variety of counselling services to support employees in managing their mental health. Our professional counsellors offer a safe and confidential space for individuals and groups to explore their concerns and develop coping strategies.

3. Private Counselling

Our Individual Counselling comprises face-to-face or virtual, personalised counselling to employees and/or their immediate family . The main goal of individual counselling is to provide a structured approach of personal support through counselling those who are facing challenges due to situations. Such issues can have a significant impact on employees’ morale, productivity, satisfaction, and emotional and physical well-being.

4. Group Counselling

Our Group Counselling comprises face-to-face, structured sessions that provide employees with a supportive space to share experiences, address common challenges, and learn from one another. Facilitated by professional counsellors, these sessions promote mutual support, constructive dialogue, and collective problem-solving. Group counselling is particularly effective in organisational contexts where teams are navigating conflict, change, or retrenchment, as it fosters connection and shared understanding. By strengthening interpersonal relationships and teamwork, group counselling positively supports morale, collaboration, and overall workplace well-being.

5.Trauma Counselling

Our Trauma Counselling services provide specialised support for employees who have experienced traumatic events. We offer both individual and group trauma counselling to help individuals process their experiences and begin healing.

6. Organisational Surveys & Diagnostics

We design and deliver a variety of surveys from culture and leadership to psychological safety and pulse checks. Our surveys provide actionable insights that help leaders make informed decisions and track progress over time.

4. Data-Informed Decision-Making:

Our consulting work is grounded in real-time data, diagnostics, and evidence — enabling clients to make confident, strategic decisions backed by insight.

5. Sustainable Impact:

Individual Counselling

Our Individual Counselling comprises face-to-face or virtual, personalised counselling to employees and/or their immediate family at no cost to them but at the expense of the client. The main goal of individual counselling is to provide a structured approach of personal support through counselling those who are facing challenges due to situations. Group Counselling

Group Counselling offers a supportive environment where employees can share experiences and learn from each other, facilitated by professional counsellors who encourage mutual support and collective problem-solving. Sometimes there is a need to counsel groups in organisations; for example, issues like conflict, change, and retrenchments sometimes respond positively to group interventions, as groups can act as a support network and a sounding board. Our Group Counselling comprises face-to-face, structured sessions aimed at helping employees address personal needs, resolve interpersonal work relationship challenges, and achieve their team goals, thereby contributing positively to morale, productivity, and overall workplace well-being.
