Celia holds two Masters’ degrees – Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and People and Organisation Development – and has been working as a high-impact coach since 2014.  She is accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and leads the International Positive Psychology Association’s Work and Organisations Division Community of Practice for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Her experience and expertise in psychology, organisational behaviour, culture transformation, leading change, and behavioural economics deeply enrich her coaching methods and add immense value to her coaching clients.

An exciting recent addition to our coaching team, Bagele Moalosi has decades of experience in organisational wellness and well-being.  She strongly believes in the power of prevention and works hard to support people before they reach burnout or crisis, helping them build meaningful, flourishing lives grounded in well-being, purpose, and resilience.

 Bagele holds a Masters’ degree Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, a Bachelors in Psychology, as well as a PG Diploma in HIV and AIDS Management.

Bagele focuses on creating the conditions for optimal functioning by helping individuals, teams, and organisations achieve their goals through coaching models grounded in psychological theory.

An experienced counsellor, Regomditswe (Mami) Kapo, is in the final stages of training as a Life Coach, under the supervision of Celia Potgieter.

Mami holds a double Bachelors’ of Science in Psychology and Economics and certifications in Designing the Organisation, Leading Teams and Building Effective Team Cultures.

Mami has rich and diverse experience working both with individuals and teams in organizational settings, and with individuals in counselling situations.

Mami is passionate about supporting individuals to break through their barriers and reach their full potential, in all aspects their lives – financial, professional, spiritual, relational, social, intellectual, physical, recreational and environmental.
